Refund Policy – Chase That Bouquet

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Once an order is placed, it is confirmed and cannot be cancelled unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Payments & Refunds
A non-refundable booking fee of 40% is required to secure your booking.

The remaining 60% balance must be paid prior to the resin preservation process commencing.

Work will not begin until full payment has been received.

All payments are non-refundable once made, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Cancellations & Non-Payment
Cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

Once your flowers have been received by Chase That Bouquet, your order is considered commenced and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Failure to complete final payment may result in cancellation of your order without refund.

If full payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe, Chase That Bouquet reserves the right to retain or dispose of any flowers left in our care.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to guarantee their return or condition.

Faulty Items & Damage
If your item arrives damaged or you believe there is a fault, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please email chasethatbouquet@gmail.com with:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of external packaging

  • Photos of internal packaging

  • A description of the issue

All packaging must be retained until the matter is resolved.

Failure to notify us within 24 hours may impact our ability to assess your claim.

If a product is confirmed faulty under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund as required and cover return shipping where applicable.

Flower Preservation Orders
All pieces are custom-made using your own flowers and are irreversible once started.

  • No refunds for change of mind

  • No refunds once flowers have been received

  • No refunds once the preservation process has begun

Nature of Handmade Products
Each piece is individually handmade. Minor variations in colour, texture, bubbles, and overall appearance are normal and part of the resin preservation process.

Due to the nature of working with resin, small inclusions such as tiny air bubbles, dust, or fine particles may be present. A perfectly flawless finish cannot be guaranteed.

These characteristics are not considered faults and are part of the handmade nature of each piece.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet acceptable quality standards.
