A non-refundable booking fee of 40% is required to secure your date.
The remaining 60% balance must be paid prior to the resin preservation process commencing.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your order in line with our Refund Policy.
Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time is approximately 6 months from the date your flowers are received.
This timeframe is an estimate only and may vary depending on:
Weather conditions (including humidity, temperature, and rain)
Resin curing requirements
Workload and order volume
Delays caused by environmental conditions are outside of our control and do not constitute a fault.
Flower Condition & Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring flowers are delivered to us in suitable condition.
We are not responsible for:
Wilting, mould, or deterioration prior to receiving flowers
Damage occurring during postage or transit
The final result is heavily dependent on the condition of the flowers at the time they are received.
Resin Process & Expectations
Resin preservation is a handmade process and results will vary.
Flowers will naturally change during preservation, including:
Colour fading or darkening
Transparency changes
Shape alterations
These changes are expected and are not considered faults.
Natural Changes in Flowers
Flowers are a natural, organic material and will continue to change over time, even once preserved in resin.
Changes may include fading, darkening, yellowing, or becoming more translucent. These changes are expected and are not considered faults.
Handmade Nature of Products
Each piece is individually handmade. Minor variations in colour, texture, bubbles, and overall appearance are normal.
Small inclusions such as tiny air bubbles, dust, or fine particles may be present. A perfectly flawless finish cannot be guaranteed.
These characteristics are part of the handmade nature of each piece.
Care & Longevity of Resin Pieces
Resin is a durable material, however over time it may naturally change in appearance.
All resin pieces may gradually develop a slight amber or yellow tint as they age. This is a normal characteristic of resin and can be influenced by environmental factors such as sunlight, heat, and humidity.
To maintain the best possible appearance, pieces should be kept:
Out of direct sunlight
In a cool, dry environment
Away from excessive heat or humidity
Chase That Bouquet does not guarantee that resin pieces will remain completely clear over time, as this is a natural ageing process and not considered a fault.
Cancellations & Changes
Once flowers have been received, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Requests to move bookings may be considered at our discretion and are subject to availability.
Non-Payment
If full payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe, Chase That Bouquet reserves the right to cancel the order.
Any flowers left in our care may be retained or disposed of due to their perishable nature. Their return or condition cannot be guaranteed.
Liability
Chase That Bouquet is not liable for:
Natural variations in preserved flowers
Changes occurring over time
Delays caused by environmental factors
Damage occurring after delivery
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
